0. Preamble

   0.1 Bugs report:

       /Bugs report policy/
       To report a bug, mail to /..../ include details of which version of
       ElseEval you run, which OS, which gcc, etc. and the name of the
       person you claim invited you.

   0.2 Format:

       BugId:       those things that start at 1 and work on up from there
       Date:        when found (and, if solved, when fixed)
       Status:      living or dead (solved)
       Version In:  number of the version originally found in
       Version Out: number of the version fixed in
       Level:       1 = system crashes or produces bad results
                    2 = inconvenient (e.g. there's a viable workaround)
                    3 = "I wish it did..."
       People:      who reported it (and, if solved, who fixed it)
       Subsystem:   which bit it's in - Checker, Aligner, Grapher, etc.
       Environment: brief (OS, compiler version, libraries version)
       Symptoms:    description symptoms, and if solved, how solved.
